Return/Exchange Policy
All of our items are PRINTED and EMBROIDERED ON DEMAND so while we cannot offer refunds but we are happy to offer our UK and USA customers a one-time size exchange courtesy so you can dial in your correct sizing with us. You, the customer, is responsible for the return shipping cost.
If your product is faulty please contact customer services as soon as possible and we will be able to help you.

Fulfillment and Shipping Times
All items are 'Print to Order' and we normally fulfill your order and have them shipped out in about 5-7 business days from date of purchase. Shipping times vary from where the items are made and where you live. If you have a specific question about shipping times, please contact us.
