Shipping policy

All S.I.S. Training Gear orders are prepared with care and shipped as quickly as possible.

Most items are made to order, so please allow 1 to 6 business days for your order to be produced before it ships. Once your order leaves our fulfilment partner, you will receive tracking by email and, where available, through the Shop App.

Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and begin after your order has been fulfilled. Exact delivery dates are not guaranteed, as carriers may experience delays due to customs, weather, holidays, high-volume periods, or local delivery issues.

Some orders may ship in separate packages if items are fulfilled from different locations. This means you may receive part of your order before the rest arrives.

We ship from different fulfilment locations depending on the product and customer location, including the UK, EU, and USA. The carrier is selected automatically by our fulfilment network based on the destination and available service.

For international orders, customs fees, VAT, duties, taxes, or import charges may apply. These charges are set by your local government or courier and are the customer’s responsibility.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll do our best to help, but additional shipping charges may apply.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received the parcel, please check with neighbours, household members, your local courier, or your building’s mail area first. If you still need help, contact us and we’ll assist however we can.
